We are now accepting applications for the 2010-2011 Service Year, which begins on August, 24, 2010.

• Background Check from the state where currently reside (If you are accepted to our program, we will reimburse your for the cost of this check so keep those receipts!)

* You can access our application on the My AmeriCorps Website. Once you arrive select Search Listings and then type in Literacy AmeriCorps New Orleans to find our program. To apply you will have to create an account on the myAmeriCorps site and then complete and send the application to our program. You must submit your resume, application - including your two references, and the Background Check in order to have a complete application and begin the interviewing process.
