Chris Silva, born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Attended Michigan State University in East Lansing, achieving a degree in international relations with a focus on development and democratization. After taking an semester off to work on a campaign, he finished his last semester in school while working on a grassroots healthcare activist group in Michigan. He looks forward to getting out the midwest and embarking on a good year of service.
