New Orleans Mission
The New Orleans Mission serves the poor, needy and homeless population of New Orleans. The mission meets both spiritual and physical needs by helping people restore a correct relationship with God and a productive relationship with society. Services include transitional housing, overnight emergency shelter, chapel services, meals, substance abuse rehabilitation, and education opportunities. As a sevice provided by the New Orleans Mission, the Learning Center seeks to meet the educational needs of the socially and financially disadvantaged in the Central City community. The Learning Center will give participants, many of whom are living below the poverty line, a chance to create new opportunities for themselves through education. Hours of operation Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm |
