8. Self Affirmation / Self Efficacy - turn potentially negative situations into positive ones.
9. Can-Do Consciousness - demonstrate control over emotions.
10. Understanding Business - name ways in which they contribute to concerns of the business.
11. How Not to Get Fired / Knowing When to Quit - resolve workplace problems appropriately.
12. Thing to do to Get Ahead - utilize current experience, skills and knowledge to advance on the job or get a better job.
13. Moving toward Success - examples of positive attitudes, skills, behaviors and decisions that have led to success.
14. We're all Difficult People - effectively deal with difficult clients and co-workers.
15. Think before Speaking - effective control over language and behaviors.
16. Cultural Diversity - understand differences in cultures and people.
17. Financial Management - basics of financial management.
18. Presenting Myself to an Employer / Interview Skills - how to present positively to an employer.
19. Participant Presentations - learned in previous modules in order to transfeer new attitudes and behaviors to the job.
