21st Century Success Principles - Training of Trainers (TOT):

In order to deliver the 21st Century Curriculum in the manner in which it was intended (inclusive), all facilitators are asked to participate in a three training workshop. This workshop will focus on dialogue education and learner-centered principles and concepts. Planned workshops are scheduled for 6 hours per day for a total of 18 learning hours. The workshops consist of the following:

• Day 1 - Foundation Building: The Principles and Concepts of Dialogue Education.
• Day 2 - Practice Facilitation and Understanding the Curriculum
• Day 3 - Helpful Guidelines for Facilitation and Making it Relevant for My Learners.

The Delivery and facilitation of this curriculum are key components to the overall success of the class.
